Prize Terms & Conditions:
- The prize package is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Winner to collect their prize from Arcryte, 18 Taui Street, Ngongotaha, Rotorua
- Evidence of the Winner’s identity and eligibility must be provided to Intrinsic Events, or its legal advisors, within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Prize draw. If not, the Prize will be forfeited, and a new Winner will be drawn.
- The Winner agrees that their details and photograph may be used for publicity and/or promotional purposes.
Raffle Information
- Ticket Price: $11 each
- Time, Date and Location of Draw: 3.30pm on 24 August 2025 at the New Zealand Hunting, Fishing & 4×4 Expo held at Energy Events Centre, Queens Drive, Government Gardens, Rotorua, New Zealand, under supervision by an authorised person in accordance with Section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.
- The raffle will be drawn online using GalaBid’s PRNG (Pseudo Random Number Generator) which ensures the selection of a random number.
- The winner will be announced at the New Zealand Hunting, Fishing & 4×4 Expo on 24 August 2025 and notified by phone and/or email post-event.
- The raffle result will be advertised in the Rotorua Daily Post newspaper, on the New Zealand Hunting, Fishing & 4×4 Expo website, and via email to all ticket holders by 31 August 2025.

Raffle Rules
- No more than 4000 raffle tickets will be sold (numbered 1 to 4000). Only purchased raffle tickets will be entered into the draw.
- Entries are non-refundable once purchased.
- If the lottery is cancelled, all ticket holders will be notified using the contact details provided and funds will be reimbursed in full.
- Entry purchasers, by participating (and the winner by accepting the prize) release Intrinsic Events, the Child Cancer Foundation and its respective Board, committee members, volunteers, partners, vendors, agents, representatives, sponsors, service agencies and independent contractors, and each of their respective directors, offers, partners, employees and agents including advertising, public relations, direct marketing and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the participation in the promotion and possession and use of the prize awarded and also acknowledge that they did not receive any representations, warranty of guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness.
- Any liability of Child Cancer Foundation shall be limited to ticket amount paid and in the case of any dispute, Child Cancer Foundation’s decision shall be final.
- Employees of Child Cancer Foundation and Intrinsic Events may not hold a ticket.
