Child Cancer Foundation Donation Terms and Conditions
Thank you for helping Kiwi kids with cancer and their families.
Thank you for your donation to Child Cancer Foundation. Child Cancer Foundation is a registered charity – our charity registration number is CC20434. Child Cancer Foundation is a Member of the International Confederation of Child Cancer Parent Organisations.
Your payment information is held securely by our PCI compliant payment gateways and our card handling procedures meet the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) for an organisation of our size. Child Cancer Foundation DOES NOT store credit card numbers on their servers. All credit card numbers are only stored and tokenised in a secure location by our PCI compliant payment gateways.
Child Cancer Foundation use the online fundraising platform Raisely (Raisely Pty Ltd). By providing us with your information (name, contact details, and other details), either by entering that information onto the Raisely platform or otherwise providing it to us, you acknowledge that we will use this system to collect, store, and use that information. If you do not provide us with this information, we may be unable to engage with you.
Any payment information is stored securely by PCI compliant payment gateways, neither Raisely or Child Cancer Foundation store credit card information. All credit card numbers are only stored and tokenised in a secure location by the PCI compliant payment gateway.
Child Cancer Foundation Refund Policy:
We are very grateful for your support of Child Cancer Foundation. Because of the nature of charity donations, all donations are final and are non-refundable after 72-hours. Please make sure that the amount you enter is the amount that you wish to give. Should this amount be incorrect or you need to talk to someone about your donation, please contact us.
Child Cancer Foundation Regular Donations
Making a regular donation to Child Cancer Foundation is an easy and automated way to donate regularly to help Kiwi kids with cancer.
We will debit your account for the agreed amount at the frequency selected by you. If you want to make changes to the donation, please contact us at least five business days prior to the next donation date.
Please ensure that on the selected date there are sufficient funds in the nominated account. Please advise us if there are any changes to your cards or accounts. We reserve the right to cancel your automatic payment if four (4) or more donations are returned unpaid.

Organisations who are listed on the Marketing Association’s Data Warranty Register have demonstrated that they:
- Collect personal information in a professional and responsible manner.
- Abide by the Privacy Act and follow Industry Best Practice.
- Have a designated Privacy Officer to care for customer data.
- Ensure that only authorised personnel can access personal data.
- Maintain all personal records in a password-protected system.
- Regularly train staff on Privacy procedures.
- Only transfer data via strict security links.
- Operate only under the terms of formal written contracts.
- Are required to undergo industry compliance checks
