George FM's Give Back 2 Back DJ Marathon

Between 6am Thursday 1st July and 10am 2nd July, an epic line-up of back-to-back DJs joined the George FM Breakfast crew to raise money for tamariki with cancer and their whānau.

Thanks to their incredible listeners, DJs and a few awesome sponsors, the team raised an unbelievable $77,773 – and counting!! We are blown away by the support from the entire George FM whānau, and loved being a part of this unforgettable fundraiser.

A special shout-out to the George FM surf reporter, Gav, whose son Oscar is currently going through treatment for leukaemia – thank you for your support in organising this amazing event.
